6:00am – 2:30pm (11:00am finish on Fridays) – 37-hour week
£15.99 - £18.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Composites Laminator to join our manufacturing team in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-performance projects within the motorsport, aerospace, and automotive sectors.

You’ll be responsible for producing composite components to the highest standards, supporting the production of innovative and cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Laminating pre-preg composite materials using detailed engineering drawings and work instructions.

  • Preparing moulds and tooling for lay-up, ensuring precision and accuracy.

  • Performing vacuum bagging and monitoring during the curing process.

  • Conducting post-cure trimming and finishing to meet exacting specifications.

  • Performing quality checks throughout the process to ensure components meet the highest standards.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

    About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in composite laminating (preferably in automotive, aerospace, or motorsport).

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  • Experienced in vacuum bagging, autoclave operation, and mould preparation.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.

  • A proactive, team-player attitude with a strong work ethic.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
