Coventry

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Early Finish)

Pay: £15.99 - £18.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:

As a Composites Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating tooling and components for multiple customers within the automotive, aerospace, and motorsport industries. You will work from engineering drawings and manuals while ensuring company quality standards and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Laminating tooling and components to required specifications

Sealing and releasing patterns and moulds

Vacuum bagging of tooling and components

Loading ovens and autoclaves

Template manufacturing and kit cutting of components

Meeting customer delivery targets without compromising quality

Supporting 5S and Lean Manufacturing activities

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in composite laminating

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience with autoclave operation

Good teamwork and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Basic knowledge of race cars and road cars is advantageous
