£37,000 - £43,000 + overtime (OTE £47,000 - £53,000)

We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Service Engineer to join a global, market leading engineering business. You will be responsible for working on a wide range of CNC equipment, providing timely and efficient machine repairs, installations and upgrades for customers. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer, with great benefits and progression opportuntities. 

Key Responsibilities:

Service and repair CNC Machines.
Work to schedules to ensure customer demands are met.
Provide customer with a first class service.
Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.
Troubleshooting problems
Proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programmes
Requirements:

Knowledge of CNC machine tools and servicing/repairing them.
Mechanical bias but able to take on Electrical tasks as required.
Highly motivated, proactive and innovative to help improve processes.
Clear communication at all levels of the customer organisation.
Flexible approach to a varied workload.
A company vehicle will be provided and the Company will meet all running costs associated with the Company business. The Company vehicle will be available for your private use but you will pay for all non-business mileage fuel. You should be aware that the provision of a Company vehicle constitutes a Benefit in Kind tax liability.

Weekdays – Up to first 2 hours/day +33%, for any hours in excess of 2 hours/day +50%
 Saturday – hours worked + 50%
 Sundays and designated statutory holidays – hours worked + 100%
 1 hour can be booked for completion of timesheets on a Friday.
 Hotel up to £120 and evening meals £30 per night receipted. £9 lunch allowance receipted. Car valeting is £6pw or £24 per month receipted.
 Payment of work is door to door / door to hotel.
 Fuel card arranged for Business miles.
