CNC Router & Laser Operator

Location: Ashford

We are looking for an experienced CNC Router & Fibre Laser Operator to join a growing production team within a specialist manufacturing environment. The role focuses on producing accurate, high-quality products using a range of CNC machinery.

What you'll do:

Set up and operate a 3-axis CNC router, fibre laser and other laser/waterjet equipment
Work with materials such as aluminium, steel, acrylic, foam PVC and composites
Use software including V Carve, CYP Cut, Smart Carve 5 and SignLAB
Read technical drawings, prepare materials and ensure components are finished to a high standard
Carry out basic machine maintenance and help maintain a clean and safe workspaceWhat we need:

Experience using CNC routers and fibre lasers
Ability to read and follow production drawings
Good practical and problem-solving skills, with a strong eye for detail
Someone proactive, safety-aware and able to work both independently and within a teamThis role suits someone who takes pride in quality production, enjoys working with different machinery and wants to contribute to a skilled and collaborative environment.
