Are you experienced in preparing vehicle panels for paint or coatings? Do you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality finishes? We’re working with a leading specialist vehicle paint workshop renowned for their work with lightweight, high-performance carbon fibre panels — and they’re looking to grow their expert team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of carbon fibre vehicle panels prior to paint or coating application

Sanding, filling, and flatting panels to achieve the highest standards of finish

Masking and cleaning panels in line with paint process requirements

Working closely with paint technicians to ensure efficient workflow

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in panel preparation, ideally within an automotive, motorsport, or aerospace environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Experience working with carbon fibre or composite materials (desirable but not essential)

Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop environment
