We are looking for a highly skilled Composites Design Engineer to join our team as an Advanced Research Engineer. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in Aerospace or other high-performance engineering environments.

⚠️ Please note: SC Clearance is essential - you must already hold this clearance to be considered.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced composite components using Siemens NX.

Manage the full design lifecycle, from concept through to release.

Participate in design reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in Aerospace or similarly demanding engineering sectors.

Strong expertise in Siemens NX OR Fibresim CAD software.

In-depth knowledge of composite materials and associated manufacturing processes.

Experience in tooling design and design for manufacture (DFM).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
