Manufacturing Engineer / Machine Shop
This role involves working hands-on with machine shop teams to support manufacturing processes, including CNC and manual machining, grinding, and tooling design using SolidWorks CAD/CAM. The engineer will collaborate with design teams on new product development, lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Technical problem-solving and process optimisation are central to the position.
