About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Research and Development Engineer to drive the development of advancing technology and processes. You will optimise processes, troubleshoot systems, and design new equipment, while supporting production and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on data analysis and problem-solving.

Design new plant equipment or modifications.

Optimise processes.

Prepare technical reports and presentations.

Assist in drafting specifications for new plants.

Requirements:

Ideally have Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Engineering or related field.

5+ years of engineering experience.

Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel and right to work in the UK.

Benefits:

Salary: £40k-£50k DOE
