Are you an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong aptitude for precision and team leadership?

Our client is a cutting-edge manufacturer of composite and GRP products, supplying industries ranging from motorsport and automotive to aerospace and marine. They are committed to innovation and quality and are looking for a Senior Inspector to help ensure their top-tier components continue to exceed expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Take responsibility for the daily activities within the Inspection department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality components on time.

  • Lead a team of quality inspectors, prioritising tasks and overseeing workflow management.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.

  • Identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the team.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to address issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.

  • Champion the adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and promote best practices in quality control.

    What You Need:

  • Solid experience in a Quality inspection role, with a focus on Composites or Automotive sectors.

  • Proficiency in Polyworks Software and a strong understanding of scheduling.

  • Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and documents.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the Inspection team.

  • Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
