Job Purpose
Your primary role within our R&D team will be to support business requirements by carrying out a variety of laboratory work. You will also present the results to stakeholders, following the projects involved with the relevant parties and being a translator in between R&D and commercial teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Decide which test & analysis methods need to be used for your allocated projects.
• Prioritise workload.
• Perform required laboratory tests & interpret results.
• Ensure work is completed in-line with quality/health & safety standards.
• Communicate project results & plan next steps with colleagues/stakeholders.
Job Requirements
• Relevant R&D experience.
• Graduate in chemistry, physics or materials science.
• Strong understanding of the importance of working safely.
• Able to collect data to understand the root-cause of the problems & propose solutions.
