My client in the Cleckheaton area require x 2 Joiners.(Overtime available)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Exhibition Bench Joiner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the construction, assembly, and installation of custom exhibition stands, displays and interiors. This role requires extensive travel both nationally and internationally, ensuring that our clients' vision is brought to life wherever they exhibit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct and assemble custom exhibition stands and displays based on technical drawings and specifications.

  • Work with a variety of materials including wood, metal, and composite materials.

  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.

  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Travel to various exhibition sites both within the country and internationally to install and dismantle exhibition stands.

  • Conduct on-site modifications and adjustments as needed to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, ideally within the exhibition or events industry.

  • Exceptional carpentry and joinery skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

  • A valid driving license is preferred.
