About the Role:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a crucial role on our production team, operating machinery on a rotating shift schedule to meet production goals. Full training is provided, enabling you to manage production lines with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production lines, including extrusion and laminating machines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Run lamination and slitting processes, producing multi-layer composites to exact specifications.

Complete maintenance and cleaning of equipment, keeping production areas organized and efficient.

Manage materials with electric pump trucks and forklifts.

Support team cross-training efforts and contribute to meeting production targets.

Track data accurately through our ERP Syteline system.

Shift Schedule:

Follow either a 3-rotation shift pattern:

Early: 05:45 - 14:15

Late: 13:45 - 22:15

Nights: 21:45 - 06:15

or a 2-rotation shift pattern based on business needs:

Mon-Wed: 18:00 - 06:00

Mon-Thurs: 06:00 - 18:00

What You Bring:

Safety-conscious and self-motivated, with basic literacy and numeracy for data recording.

Experience with forklifts and ability to handle heavy equipment.

Team-oriented and capable of working independently.

Flexibility for overtime as needed, with basic computer knowledge.

English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
